I received a typewritten letter in my dream,
concerning an erratum in the article I was reading at the time
in The New Yorker about a
cubic cucumber, which the otherwise inventive authors failed to name
a cubumber. The illustration showed a cute cube
about 2 inches on a side
with dark skin only on the eight corners. I'll call research
in the morning and tell them
to get right on it. Don't you think
square lettuce leaves and pre-sliced
tomatoes would also go over well?
